I continue to push for zoning and planning issues to be made at the local level. As the governor and state legislation continue to try and make a one-size-fits-all approach in how development occurs across the state, we are pushing back in Weld County and fighting to keep development decisions at the local level. Each of our 32 communities is unique and should get to decide how their community gets built, not the state telling them how.
